[HSC] Re-certified as a Great Place to Work!

When employees laugh, the company laughs too!
HSC, which prioritizes the happiness and work-life balance of its employees above all else, has been selected again as a “Gyeonggi Family-Friendly Great Place to Work” in Gyeonggi Province!

This is thanks to the hard work of all employees and executives who have continuously strived to create a workplace where work and family life are in harmony.

HSC will continue to lead the way in creating a healthy and flexible work environment where you can work with pride in the future!

After Gyeonggi Province’s rigorous evaluation, we were honored to be finally selected for the “2026 Gyeonggi Province Good Company” certification program (re-certification)!

This is a meaningful outcome that once again recognizes our consistent efforts over the past initial certification period in realizing social value, ethical management, and coexistence with local communities.

This re-certification is not a one-time event, but a meaningful achievement born from HSC’s sincere commitment to sustainable management and the efforts of all its executives and employees.

To enhance employees’ understanding of sustainable management and to establish an eco-friendly and transparent management culture, we conducted an ESG awareness improvement training for employees on August 25.

It was a valuable opportunity to learn in depth about the concept of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), which had felt somewhat vague until now as something we had only encountered through news or articles, and to explore in detail why our company is focusing on ESG management and how it can be applied in practice.

It was especially an opportunity to realize that ESG is not something distant, but connected to every aspect of our daily lives, from small eco-friendly practices in everyday life to carbon neutrality and transparent governance.

We conduct regular annual training to ensure that all employees share the value of ESG and can work together to build a sustainable future.

To raise employees’ awareness of transparent public service and workplace ethics and to establish a proper value system of integrity, an anti-corruption and integrity training session was conducted for employees on August 25.

This training was a meaningful opportunity to learn the proper values of public service and the workplace through the integrity and leadership of Admiral Yi Sun-sin, one of the greatest leaders in history. Reflecting on the image of a general who, even amid the extreme turmoil of wartime, abandoned selfish desires and led his subordinates with principles and transparency, all employees were able to deeply realize the importance of fundamentals and principles in their work.

We foster a transparent and trustworthy corporate culture and conduct regular anti-corruption and integrity training every year so that our employees can carry out their work safely and properly based on a spirit of compliance.

We will continue to uphold our principles and work with integrity as outstanding professionals, building a trusted workplace together.

To raise employees’ awareness of safety and strengthen their ability to respond to emergencies, we invited firefighters from the Yongin Western Fire Station on August 25 to conduct advanced fire safety and first aid training.

This training focused mainly on hands-on practice, covering everything from fire prevention and evacuation procedures that had previously been learned only in theory, to learning CPR and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in real emergency situations to save lives.

We place the safety and lives of our employees above all else and conduct regular safety training every year to create a workplace where all executives and employees can work with peace of mind.
